User Agreement

1-1The Site is a sports data and predictive analytics platform that uses artificial intelligence algorithms to provide match-outcome predictions, intended solely for academic research, entertainment, and news reference purposes. All predictions are the output of model inference and do not constitute betting advice or any guarantee of profit. We do not offer any form of monetary wagering service, nor do we place bets on your behalf or partner with any bookmaker.

1-2The Site also provides poker AI services, including but not limited to baccarat analytics, designed to deliver data and predictive models that help users make strategic decisions. Such services are for research, strategy, and entertainment reference only and do not constitute any gambling or betting advice. We do not offer any form of monetary wagering service, nor do we place bets on your behalf or partner with any gambling platform.

1-3The User understands and agrees that all predictions, recommendations, or opinions provided on the Site are for reference only and shall not be construed as financial, legal, or betting advice. The User must assess the risks independently and consult a qualified professional before taking any action. Please use only lawful betting platforms in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

1-4The subscription plans offered on the Site comprise the Starter, Standard, and Expert tiers, all of which are information-based services. The sports data and predictive analytics plans provide data-driven predictions for sports leagues, while the poker AI plans provide data analytics for poker games such as baccarat. Neither involves any form of gambling activity or monetary wagering.

1-5Before registering an account, subscribing, or making payment, the User has been clearly notified of this Agreement, and by clicking "I Agree" is deemed to have reviewed, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.

2-1The User must be at least 20 years of age to use the Site. Users below the legal age must use the Site only under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2-2The User shall not use the Site in any unlawful or unauthorized manner, or in any manner that infringes the rights of others, including but not limited to distributing malware, disrupting systems, gambling, committing fraud, harassment, or engaging in any illegal conduct.

2-3The User must provide truthful and complete registration information and is responsible for their own conduct and for the security of their account.

2-4No account sharing:

The User shall not share their account with, or transfer it to, any other person, nor disclose account credentials (including but not limited to username and password) to any third party. Each account may be used only by its registered owner, who is responsible for safeguarding its security. If an account is found to be unlawfully shared or transferred, Mysports.AI reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and to pursue legal liability as appropriate. Such conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Multiple people logging in with the same account.
• Unauthorized sharing or exchange of accounts.
• Impersonating another person or using another person's account to perform any action.

2-5No distribution or resale of prediction content:

The User shall not distribute, resell, forward, or otherwise provide the prediction content supplied by Mysports.AI to any third party, in any form, whether free of charge or for a fee. This includes but is not limited to:

• Privately selling or sharing prediction content.
• Reselling the Site's predictions or services in any form.
• Using predictions for commercial resale or promotional activities.
• Copying, modifying, or otherwise repurposing prediction content for personal or commercial gain.

Any violation of this provision will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the User's account and may give rise to legal liability, including but not limited to claims for damages, criminal liability, or other legal sanctions.

2-6No unauthorized automated activity:

The User shall not use any bot, crawler, script, or other automated tool to access, scrape, or manipulate Site content without the prior express written permission of Mysports.AI. Unauthorized automated activity may cause service disruption and will be subject to legal liability.

2-7No interference with or disruption of Site operations:

The User shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Site in any manner, including but not limited to:

• Distributing malware or viruses.
• Attempting to circumvent the Site's security settings or controls.
• Conducting distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or other forms of cyberattack.

2-8No collection of others' personal information:

The User shall not collect, store, or use any other user's personal information by any means or in any form, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses. This includes but is not limited to the following conduct:

• Collecting other users' personal information through unauthorized means.
• Using other users' personal information for marketing, advertising, harassment, or other commercial purposes.
• Using the Site, platform, or group communications to engage in any conduct that violates others' privacy, including sharing or reselling data without consent.

If a User is found to engage in any of the foregoing conduct, Mysports.AI reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and to pursue legal liability as appropriate, including but not limited to damages and criminal penalties. To protect the privacy of all users, Mysports.AI strongly requires every User to comply with these rules and to respect the privacy of others.

3-1All content on the Site (including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and source code) is owned by Mysports.AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

3-2The User is granted only a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license and may not, without authorization, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly perform, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the content.

4-1All predictions on the Site are merely the output of model analysis; their accuracy and any actual profit cannot be guaranteed. Users should exercise prudence when relying on them.

4-2All risks arising from use of the Site are borne solely by the User. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Site.

4-3We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site’s services at any time without prior notice.

4-4All subscription transactions on the Site are purchases of sports prediction data analytics and content services and involve no wagering funds, odds manipulation, or platform partnerships. If the User has any questions about the nature of the services, please contact customer support to confirm before making payment.

5-1We are committed to protecting users’ personal information. Please review the Site’s Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

5-2By using the Site, you consent to our processing of your personal data in the manner described in the Privacy Policy.

6-1This Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.

6-2If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

6-3The User shall not use the Site to engage in any unlawful conduct, including but not limited to sending spam, infringing others’ data, attempting to breach systems, distributing gambling information, manipulating odds, or inducing others to place bets.

6-4For any breach of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend services and account access at any time and to report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

6-5Digital Content Services and Exclusion of the 7-Day Right of Withdrawal

The paid subscription content provided by the Site consists of information-based digital content and online services delivered over the internet, not on any tangible medium. Once the User completes payment, the system will immediately activate the User’s membership privileges and begin providing the relevant digital content, analytics, features, and other subscription services.

Before subscribing, the User should fully confirm the subscription plan, price, subscription period, service content, features, and related restrictions. Before completing payment, the User must separately check a confirmation box and expressly agree that the Site will immediately provide and activate the digital content services upon conclusion of the transaction.

The User understands and agrees that this service is provided immediately following the User’s prior consent. Pursuant to Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 2, Subparagraph 5 of the Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales, the 7-day right of withdrawal under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act is excluded; the so-called “7-day trial period” or “7-day cooling-off period” therefore does not apply.

6-5-1Payment and Refund Policy

After a subscription transaction is successfully paid and the service privileges are activated, unless otherwise mandatorily required by law or otherwise agreed in this Agreement, the User may not — for personal reasons including but not limited to not using the service, the service not meeting personal expectations, mistaken purchase, repeatedly purchasing different plans, forgetting to cancel a subscription, or betting and usage results falling short of expectations — request cancellation of the current transaction, a pro-rata refund, or a return of fees already paid.

The User should reconfirm the subscription plan, billing amount, subscription period, and whether it is an auto-renewing plan before payment; once payment is confirmed, the User is deemed to have fully understood and accepted the refund terms of this clause.

6-5-2Exceptions Handled in Accordance with the Law

In the event of duplicate charges, successful payment but non-activation of the service, a material malfunction of the service attributable to the Site, or any rescission, termination, refund, or damages situation that may not be excluded by law, the Site will still handle the matter according to the actual circumstances and applicable laws.

6-6We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The latest version will be published on the Site and takes effect immediately upon revision.

7-1The Site currently offers three AI match-prediction subscription plans — Starter, Standard, and Expert — each providing prediction strategies and match coverage that correspond to its price and feature entitlements.

7-2All subscription plans are information content services that grant the User access to the AI model predictions built by the platform; they do not include monetary wagering, guaranteed returns, or betting rebates.

7-3The contents of each plan (such as the number of leagues covered, bet types, parlay recommendations, and correct-score projections) are governed by what is published on the Site at the relevant time, and Mysports.AI reserves the right to adjust plan contents at any time.

7-4Subscription fees are a one-time payment with no obligation to renew; where an annual-billing discount is offered, the applicable promotional period and conditions are governed by the announcements published on the Site.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be submitted to the Taoyuan District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
